Changing Note 2's mobo requires Android software? Where can I find it

I have to change the motherboard of my notes 2 gt N7100 ( international version ) . I found one at a reasonable price with aliexpress. I already and completely disassembled my phablet (watching you tube tutorial) therefore personally it is not a problem to reassemble the new OEM mobo . The question is: a) have I to install any software Android in the new main board or a cooked Rom or no because the new mobo too possess for example an OS like Android Jelly beam ? is necessary install special sofftware for IMEI number? If that is the case where can I find the tutorials? Thank s a lot for answer

Ciao Ernesto, i have the your problemi, and i have bought motherboard from aliexpress. It will arrive in two weeks. Have you resolved your problem with your note 2?
