after boot menu laptop doesn't get started.
When I turn on my laptop, boot menu appears on the screen, but after selecting the Operating system, It doesn't start and shows a message that file system has broken with some error code.

You could very well have a corrupted Boot Manager. Try running chkdsk and startup repair. If that fails, you may need to reinstall Windows.
