Swapping the Logic Board on iPhone5

I have an iphone5 that I have apparently damaged the chips on the logic board. If I were to find another iphone 5 that was damaged but the logic board was still good does it have to be the same model? Does it have to be the same service provider model, etc...

Thank you

If you mean will that one Verizon board that iFixit is selling work in any iPhone 5 housing--the answer is yes, kind of. You wouldn't be able to use it on Sprint, you could use it on PagePlus, and you should be able to use it on any GSM carrier, but *I think* theres something there like you might have a problem with LTE since the LTE is locked to Verizon? I'm sure someone carrier guru can clear that up for all of us.

Or you could fix your pry damage ;)
