Controller refuses turn on after repair

I opened up and cleaned out the inside of the DS4 and now it will not power on. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same issue? I took it apart again to make sure everything was secure. The only other thing i notices is that when i tried to turn it on one time the controller heated up underneath on the right side. Anyone else have a similar problem, or know what could have happened?
