Is IC audio decoder needs reballing?

Hi, I have a full working iPhone 4S but it have no audio during calls: I can't hear anything and they can't hear me, even with headphones. I can listen to music, speak with Siri also with headphone.

Does it need a IC audio reballing? I find solutions for the previous model, the 4G, but not for 4S.

Is there someone that can help me?
