Can I get rid of the Verizon logo/info with rooted Z3v firmware?

I have an unlocked Xperia zv3 for Verizon which I use on AT&T I'm sure if I rooted the phone with the z3 firmware it would solve the issue such as Verizon apps and startup page which is what I want to get rid off
