Why can't people hear me during phone calls?

My service is fine because I'm able to call someone but they aren't responding to what I'm saying. I've tried resetting the phone but to no avail.

I'm using a Samsung Grand Prime.People say they don't hear me.I have had this phone for 4days.My carrier is cricket.

you should replace your earpiece speaker
