Fan at high speed al the time

I just changed my iMac hard drive and since I reassembled it, the fan is constantly at high speed (so it is more noisy than it used to be).

Could I have forgotten some thing when re-assembling?

Options

Did you reattach the temp sensor to the hard drive? Without it the fan may think you are overheating. Step 15 Ralph
