After replacement display flickering and diming

Hello,

after i changed my broken digitizer i tested the ipad and the display show a very pixelated picture and is flickering or diming the brightness up and down.

I made a video to show it to you:

I reassemble and it's still the same.

Did I damage the lcd or is it the logicboard?

Hello this does look like lcd damage

The lcd is very easily damaged in the iPad mini

how confident are you that is isn't the logicboard? It also seems pretty logically to me that it is the lcd, but i want to make sure to not order the wrong thing.
