Xbox 360 S Power Supply Blinking Light

my power supply box to my Xbox 360 S is blinking orange.

now i have had this problem with my power supply box now twice and i have opted to just replacing it, but now its the third time and its safe to say i am some what frustrated with this issue.

So if someone can please help me fix the problem without having to purchase another $20 supply box and also information on the cause of this problem and more information on how to prevent it from happening again.
