Do I have a foulty psu or logic board?

I have this mac and it completly dead. No sound no light on LB no nothing.

I bought a new psu from ifixit but the same problem with this.

PSU measure the same values ​​on both psu's.

Only 1x 3.6V and 1x 12V and 1x 0,06V.

Is it the motherboard is dead or did i get an foulty psu?

I tried all the sms/pram reset stuff.

The logic board is quite expensive i quess.

Besides telling us what voltages you measured, you could post an images of where you measured those. Also, let us know your computers serial number so that we can properly identify the hardware.

Please let us know the status of the diagnostic lights to the right of the RAM slots (after you remove the frame).

Here is an picture of the diag lights on my imac. The diag light its not right of the ram slots on this. None of the light light up.
