Is the back housing separatble from the middle housing

I have an IPhone 5 I replaced the screen and it works fine but the middle aluminum is all scratched and I wanted to replace it for purposes resale value. The housing that is sold here doesn't have an apple logo so I was wondering if it is possible to swap my back plate with the one sold here to get a new middle housing?

The back off the housing and middle(sides) is all one peice..

The screen sits in a unibody frame. One piece, which you cannot seperate
