DC-in and the spring connector not working
The DC-in for the power cord is not stable. The cord wiggles loose. Can this be fixed?

well you can get a new power plug. it might be difficult to replace though

The port or the plug is bad? Which is loose?

The port is bad. I have four plugs and the laptop exhibits the same problem no matter which plug I use. These plugs work on other laptops with no issues.
