Unresponsive touch screen after water.

I sat my iPhone 5S in a small puddle of water on a sink, awhile ago. I've tried the rice, it didn't work. EVERYTHING works on the iPhone, other than the fact the touch screen is unresponsive. (still charges, still reads finger print, still locks and unlocks, as well as powers on and off). What do I do? If everything works except the touchscreen, do I need to replace the digitizer? Is it done for good? The phone isn't 6 months old...

Answer this question I have this problem too

You probably need to replace the screen. Also possibly corrosion where the screen cables connect on the motherboard. This will have to be cleaned with alcohol.

Hopefully this will fix your problem.
