Can I use a different career with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (AT&T)

I've bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from AT&T and I live in Georgia.

As it turns out I can't use AT&T service here and I would like to use a different local service.

How do I unlock it so I can use a local career for my phone such as GeoCell or Beeline or any other ...

Options

First you will need to speak with AT&T on what you owe them on your current contract if this is your first AT&T phone. Once you have paid off anything still owed they should be able to unlock your phone.

If you had a phone with them before and this phone is an upgrade phone they may unlock your phone without paying off your contract.
