Where are the LSI (water spill indicator) stickers located?

I received a free, non working macbook air 11" from a family member as payment for setting up their home wifi network.

There is no start up bong when you press power. The screen does not come on, and instead the computer beeps three times, then waits a couple seconds, and beeps three times again until you hold down the power button for a little while.

I know that this means bad RAM. I plugged in the mac's serial number in to apples handy website, and turns out the mac is covered under apple care.

I'm fairly certain that the Mac is fluid damaged, and was wondering if anyone knew where all the LSI stickers are located in the computer, so that I can check to see if any of them are tripped.

Are you asking to check if it was water damaged, or are you asking so as to avoid Apple to find out if it was?

Have you checked the memory modules are they the correct ones for the model, I would start there. If the RAM is OK then bring it in to Apple and let them deal with it.

It's a MacBook Air. The Memory Modules have to be correct because they soldered to the logic board. I want to find out if the Mac is water damaged. If the indicators are tripped. If they are, I won't bother driving the 1.5 hours each direction to the apple store. If the LSI's aren't tripped than driving to the apple store might be worth my time.

Oops! ;-} I got stuck on the RAM error message. Do you see any corrosion around the RAM chips?

Apple does not cover liquid damage... some of the indicators show only under UV light. The locations vary from box to box and year to year.

The RAM or the RAM slots could be damaged.
