Hi! I have been searching the web trying to find the type of battery in my walkman, and haven't been having much luck. I am looking for a replacement, as my current battery only lasts a couple of hours now. Do you know the serial number/specs of the battery? Thank you!

Mara, the Sony part number is X-2319-818-1 It does seem to be a bit hard to find, and the ones that are out there are incredibly expensive. Do a Google search and see what you find for your region.

Battery for my NWZ-E436F is a Lithium Polymer 3.7 Volt 570 milliamp hour rated unit.
The Part number on the battery is 1-756-819-11. The only place I have found it listed is newpower99.com - priced at US$21.95.

I also know that it is a lithium ion battery and that the dimensions are about 2"x1.3"x1/8", and LIS1374hnpas/2.3Wh is written on it in addition to other numbers.
