battery connection Short circuit on motherboard Using a screwdriver

My iphone 5s was perfectly working and i was just doing an operation of it. But i just tried to detach the battery connection with a screw driver and i touched the connection or something nearby it on the Motherboard which caused a little sparkle .

After that it doesnt want to turn on through battery.

When i connect the mobile to power it shows the apple logo e disappears and continue doing like that.
