Won't boot after Apple following screen replacement

I have an iPhone 5 that will not boot past apple logo following screen replacement.

The Apple logo pops up and then it dims to grey - goes black - reboots and repeats this over and over.

Tried different screen, different proximity, no proximity, different battery, different dock, software restore (iTunes error).

All screws were put back in the correct location on the plate above the connectors. The board looks beautiful under the microscope. We don't see any damage to any components on the board. We've tried everything we can think of.

Any ideas? Your help is greatly appreciated!

After trying to restore the phone we get an iTunes error 9, for what it's worth.

From my experience error 9 is usually front camera related. Could go through the front camera circuit and check a few caps for shorts.

Thanks Stephen. It turns out that it was the front camera. I think the replacement part I got was bad or not compatible because when I put the old (original) front camera back in the phone booted up normally again. I guess I'll try to return the front camera part to the ebay seller.
