My Battery level is never correct, and the phone dies early.

Even after charging for hours, the phone powers down almost immediately. The indicator drops to almost zero immediately after removing the charging cable.

i recently replaced the battery the new battery is not charging ! it got charged 100 % yesterday very quick after that it went off and is not charging !
