Won't turn on but says fully charged.

Hi, Cored. My mom's nexus just crapped out like yours. I tried literally everything to get it to work, but nothing seemed to be working. Then, here's what I did:

I let it sit on top of our tea canister, plugged into the wall socket with the Nexus power adapter. I let it sit there for about an hour (maybe 5 or six minutes over-- I wasn't timing it). Then I held the power button and the volume button closest to the power button down for 30 seconds. The Google logo appeared on the screen, then a little green android icon replaced it. There was a red ! icon above the Android's abdomen and the chest panel was popped off...anyway, I digress. I held the power button and volume button down for a few more seconds and a little menu popped up. Some people on the internet said to clear the cache, whatever, at this stage. I just hit the reboot option (you scroll options with the volume keys and select with the power button). A few seconds later, the Nexus came back on as normal. Hope that helped!
