Help us help you. The more complete the description of your problem is (what Mac OS you're using, did you use bootcamp or some other emulator? Some history - when & why the behavior started) the more assistance we can provide, and, the sooner we can provide it.

When you say "tried everything" that means nothing to us. List the steps you have attempted, and their result.

Have you seen this article from Apple? If you are using Lion or later (OS ≥10.7 ) instead of a separate utitiles disk you would use Command-R. to access disk utilities.

If this answer is acceptable please remember to return and mark it accepted.

also performed a safe boot and Reseted the NVRAM / PRAM and nothing happened

So how long have you left it spin? Sometimes it can take 10 minutes or more for a boot. The OS may be doing things in the background - especially if this was right after an upgrade to Mavericks. To reiterative: you are certian you have 1GB RAM, 9+GB HD space, and it's not an EFI update (dark bar) issue
