Stuck tri-point trackpad screw

Step 10 in the Trackpad Replacement Guide says "Remove the six 1.4 mm Y0 Tri-point screws securing the trackpad to the upper case." Unfortunately, one of these tiny screws seems to be jammed in its hole in the trackpad, and the three-lobe cut in the top (where the Tri-point Y0 Screwdriver fits) is stripped out, so the screwdriver can't get enough purchase to turn the screw.

Anybody have any suggestions for how to get this screw out?

Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately, I don't have the tools, and anyway these screws are so tiny (1.4mm "long") I don't think any of these tactics would work. I'll see what I can do.
