Micromax canvas knight A350 Wifi save secured and not connecting

unable to connect my mixcromax a350to WiFi.even all other devices are connected to WiFi network. I did factory reset and also service center has been updated the phone. Still facing the same problem

You r still lucky being in India as for me in NZ . I can't even take it back. I will say just return the phone and get another one .
