Name of wire held by two screws left side of charging port?

Block Image

What is the name of the wire held by two screws bottom left charging port and what is it used for? When watching a few how to vids, 1 out of 5 people acknowledged it, the others I couldn't tell if they had one or not because it wasn't mentioned. I'm about to replace a charging port and this 5s doesn't have the wire so I'm curious what it's for and the name just in case I need to buy one.

Answer this question I have this problem too

It's the lower antenna grounding flex cable. The picture is for iPhone 5.

The top circle in the photo is the home button relay, and the lower red circle is the ribbon that goes into the headphone jack, but this is for the 5. You have a 5S with touch ID?
