Will not boot past Samsung Loading Page

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II and when I turn it on, it will not load past the "Samsung" loading page. I have tried a factory reset and still nothing. The other problem is that it is not recognized by my computer when I plug it in.

any ideas?
