Moto X Screen freeze at the 'M' reboot screen

I have bought my moto x walnut in India, through flipkart and right now I reside in The Netherlands.

My phone suddenly lost display and when i tried to restart it , the phone is just stuck on the motorola m home screen. I tried restarting it a couple of times but its stuck at the same screen.

I also tried the rebooting vol down + power button (3 seconds). Then it restarts again but gets stuck at the same screen again. What do i do now?
