galaxy s3 mini earphone low sound

During listening to music on soundcloud suddenly earphone sound became too low

I tried other earphone but same problem when I tried the earphones on other device it worked well

Mic also does not work

My phone info : galaxy s3 mini(gt-18200n) android 4.2.2text
