While water damage sensors on the outside would be silly to tell one if there were drops of water on the outside. . . NOT SILLY, if they told you whether water had actually gotten into the phone. The screen wouldn't let me power down the phone & I have no idea the extent, if any, of potential water damage. Now I'm just trying to see if the phone is dry enough. Apparently everything is still functional EXCEPT the screen.
BTW, Apple certainly makes enough in mark up on all of these phones to 1) pay their sweatshop workers more & 2) to throw in a free phone, even if it is something as stupid as water damage. . . . I would gladly pay as much as I did for my 6 if they could engineer a water-tight design. They can make money of the replacement phones of other stupid things.. . .
How will that fix your phone?

take a look at this answer. It may make you understand why most of us are not going out of our way to assist you with this. It's called morals....Replace Void warranty moisture stickers

OldTurkey03 - you're an @$$. My phone works just fine and I'm not getting rid of it. I'm keeping it. There is no "we" here - everyone else assumed the best and tried to help. You're the only one who got on your high horse, projected your own evil onto me, and then refused to help. Next time, just keep your curmudgeon inside. No one wants to deal with miserable people. K?

Harsh. Water damage stickers really aren't that great for determining if your phone is actually water damaged--open it up and look for corrosion near edges of board. The stickers are really only relevant for fraud.
