I need to replace my screen and cannot find the correct

I have a cracked screen for my MacBook Air 13"

I Bought it in late 2010, last digits of my serial number: DDR2

I DO NOT KNOW IF I NEED JUST A SCREEN AND IF I CAN REPLACE IT MYSELF??

ALSO WHAT IS MY MODEL NUMBER OR WHERE DO I FIND IT?
