Do you know the NAND part number of the 64/128GB version, pls?

In the iPhone6 or iPhone 6 Plus tear downs is only mentioned the 16GB NAND FLASH part number, but I would like to know the manufacturer and P/N of the 64GB and/or 128GB version. Thanks!

What the IFIXIT teardown team had in their iPhone may or may not be what yours has.

There is news apple may have defective parts in some of the iPhone 6 & 6 plus models. Review this Mac Rumors.
