1 My phone will not turn on! Help!
My phone won't turn on and I need it for important business. Is there anything that I can do?

1. The battery may just not have enough charge. Make sure to plug in the phone with a known working cable to insure that the battery has enough charge.
2. If you are using a known good charge cable, it’s possible that the battery is dead. You may need to replace the battery.
3. The power button may be broken, and need replacement.
4. The screen may be dead. If you’ve tried all of the above, you may need to replace the screen.
5. Motherboard is faulty. It will need replacement.
