The device won’t turn on.

Although I press the power button, the Jabra CRUISER2 will not show any sign of life. The buttons remain unlit and there are no words displayed on the screen or sound projected from the speaker. It shows no response to my efforts.

Options

You might just need to plug in the device to charge it. If the problem still persists after the device has been plugged in, then you might need to replace the battery altogether. Refer to the guide for battery replacement here.
