After the iPhone 5 went in the water the screan would not work but the phone would turn on just fine. So replaced the screan and after replacement screan showed the dead battery symbol and wouldn't turn on even after leaving on the charger so I switched the battery out and still no luck. Where shuld I go from here?

did you pull the mother board out and clean it with atleast 96% alcohol? i normally try that and clean all the contacts and so on.
if after you clean it the phone still does not work then probably you have a damaged motherboard.
