Error 4013 when itunes try to restore the iPhone.

My iphone 4s does not turn on and show me the repair request via itunes. When the itunes finish the download of the firmware the iphone is reset in dfu and then off again after a few seconds and shows me again the repair request via itunes. the problem occurred after changing the lcd.
