I wanna change my graphics to nvidia

My question is simple. I wanna know by any means if it's possible for me to change my Hp envy17 3002ea laptop with 7690m ati graphics card to an nvidia faster one, I am a film maker and do lots of editing. I love the looks on this laptop and the build quality but m so hungry for cuda and faster graphics

Laptops tend to have soldered in GPU's and can't be switched.
