Does samsung has a standardized display connector?

when i want to test if a phone is still working is it possible tu use a screen from an other phone. i have a galaxy note and a galaxy s 3 disassembled lying around both of them have broken screens and i want to figure out if the rest of the hardware is still in takt. but i dont want to order 2 screens and pay 200€ for a chance that they might work.

so would i work to order just one?. and would you have any suggestions on which one to get (maybe from one of an older mini divice or something like that?)? because it doesn't even have to be a screen which would have to go into a phone. i just want to test the hardware before ordering a more expansive screen.
