iPhone4s Over Heating when Sim Inserted and phone display is on

My iPhone 4s White suddenly started giving message of Temperature to cool phone down for use. Later it was observed that phone only heats up when home button is pressed and display comes on for usage also while sim is inserted. it heats up quickly from Middle of Right side band near sim tray. Also it heats up alot while charging. Probably two Chips on the upper side of board that has heat stickers on. This is also causing battery to draing intensively like 6% a minute. Pls. help me with possible solution to this problem.

All phone is working perfectly fine. no problems in Calling/Wifi/Display,

Ps. The phone was opened to replace proximity/Power flex cable and screen. but it was heating this way already before opening.

Ios is 7.1.2

I would say buy a new battery but be careful when you replace it because it's a delicate process.

Battery doesn't seems to be the problem here as I replaced it with another from a good phone and the problem remains. The battery came out of this phone is working fine in other phone too. There must be some problem with the logic board. Where could it be?? I want to know.
