How to replace CMOS battery Dell 5110 Inspiron

I want to replace the CMOS battery as my laptop is giving 5 Beep at the start of the laptop. Can you plz tell me how to replace the Battery if possible with Screen Shot how to remove the Back panel to replace the CMOS battery

Sudhir, download the service manual from here. Page 61 will show you how to change the battery. No need to replace the back panel, you will need to remove the palm rest instead.
