1 Why is my device not turning on?
I try to turn the phone on and it won't make any indication that it is on and running.

If the phone does not turn on try these options:
- Check if the battery is charged. If the battery is faulty and does not take in charge, the phone will not turn on.
- If the battery does not turn on after charging then your battery may be faulty and you should replace the battery.
- If the phone still does not turn on after changing and charging a new battery, then the motherboard may be faulty and should be replaced.

the phone is turning on and off but the apps are not opening.The application Home (processcom.home)has stopped and is continually on the screen. Please assist.
