the phone by itself has gotten on {external AUDIO} i DONT KNOW BUT NO ONE CAN HEAR ANY THING ON EITHER END PHONE JUST RINGS AND U ANSWER TO NOTHING LIKE ITS DEAD. SO WHATS GOING ON HOW DO I TURN THAT OFF????? e
