I was using my phone and it froze so now I can't use it.

Take off the back case, remove the battery, and hold the lock button for 10 seconds. Then place the battery back in the phone and turn it on.

Same here. Android Tracfone completely frozen, can't push any buttons, including reboot. First time this has happened; had phone 2 years. How to get the back off the phone to do the suggestion below?
