The rotation switch is on but the fan won't rotate--solutions?

When I turn the fan on and have the rotation switch on as well the fan won't rotate.

The fan will not rotate even though both the rotation and fan switches are on.

The rotation motor could be damaged or faulty. Replace the motor using this guide.
