Can I use Circuit Writer to fix a corroded logic board?

I have a phone that was corroded by salt water. I cleaned the board up with isopropyl but there are some damaged circuits. One of them is visible here by the battery connector:

For comparison, I took this picture of the same area on a working phone:

Anyone know what the gold circles are? Can I put a dot of Circuit Writer on them to fill them in?

OK got my answer here:

How to troubleshoot logic board after water damage and corrosion?

The gold circles are testing spots. And the advice is not to use Circuit Writer.

Hi

you need to clean the board properly with Isopropyl and slowly scrape away any corosion that is visible but be carefull when you work on this board.

do not lose hope as it is very difficult to wake up a phone which was damaged by salt water

Make sure that board is really clean before you plug in battery.

Thanks -- my concern here is more about the actual contacts which appear to be damaged from corrosion or my efforts to remove corrosion. Even if the board were perfectly clean I would still have damaged contacts, right?
