My phone is unresponsive and won't turn on no matter what. What do I do?

Try charging your phone first and if it still will not turn on check to see if the battery is properly inserted. If none of this works, you may need to replace the battery.

my phone is the same I charge it and only my lights turn on not my screen it turns on for a little then just shuts off why does that happen?
I don't know what's wrong with it or what to do to fix it
