Control box cord is messed up. how do I fix it?
I have turtle beach x12 and the cord that goes from control box to controller is pulled. It pulled out at the plug to the controller. I can hear people but they can't hear me. How do I fix this problem? Someone please up me.

When you say "control box to controller is pulled" where exactly did it pull out? Take some pictures of the damage and the location and post it with your question.
