iMac wont recognize drive.

I installed a new ssd, using the instructions. When I put things back together and booted it, I was unable to see the hard drive (even in disk utility). I took everything apart and tested the hard drive, it works fine on another computer. I then made sure all the connections were good. I put it back together and tried again, but it still can't see the SSD. Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you give us the make & model of the SSD. Also, is this the only drive in the system or a second drive?
