I have that same problem, too! You should try to open your CD/DVD drive from the Navigation pane. Go to the Start Menu and click on Computer, and right click CD/DVD. On the mini toolbar, scroll down and click Eject; the tray should pop out. If not, then you could restore the system or uninstall/re-install the CD driver from your computer. Sometimes, when your system updates, it may interfere with the CD/DVD tray function; I don't know why it does, but it can happen. I haven't tried these last two options, but what I did was take a toothpick and inserted it into the small hole on the right side of the loading tray and manually ejected the tray. If your tray cannot internally eject through Windows, and you have to manually pop it open, it's highly probable that the tray is broken.
