Screen is on full Magnification mode.
"Pinching Gesture" will not shrink it.
Cannot slide arrow to shut it down. Cannot get to answer mode when phone rings. Would Restore correct this ?

Try holding powerbutton and homebutton for 5-10 seconds. Your phone should now restart without this problem.

ROLF, THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR INPUT !
I tried that 4 times … even held it 20 seconds … but it didn’t fix it.
Using the three finger Pinching Gesture moves the screen entry box around but the
magnification still puts 90% of the Text OFF SCREEN.
Like a newbie clutzing around trying the 3 finger pinch motion, I finally got the magnified screen over to the arrow to shut it down. Turned it off and then back on about 3 or 4 times and VOLA !!! IT came back on with the normal screen.
