How to replate headphone out
Hello,
Does anyone know if on this model headphone out is broken how to replace it? It is dual out, meaning stereo 3.5mm jack and optical spdif out?

As a workaround USB or Bluetooth audio works independent of on-board audio. A dongle often has a microphone included with line in/out (aka headphone) ports.
Soldering and de-soldering logic board parts is not like working on speakers or lamp cords. It takes special tools and skills so not to cook the MLB with too much heat.

I know it, but I would like to have digital optical out. I am not saying that inboard audio is something which should be touched by non skilled person, but rather to know if this part only is repairable. Meaning that if broken, could be replaced with the same connector.
Yes if you can locate the part (e-bay?) it can be replaced. Any logic board component can be replaced by a competent person using the proper tools.
